Prescription refill requests require a 72-hour period to be ready. To honor your request, your pet must have completed a physical exam and bloodwork within the past 12 months to monitor any medication’s effect on your pet’s organ functions.
How to submit a prescription refill request: Requests for prescription refills are taken in order. To submit a request, please call us at (909) 794-3118, select option 2 for “medication refill request” and provide the necessary information: Please include the following information in your request: account information (i.e. client name and phone number or account number), patient information (name), and medication details (i.e. name, strength and quantity). Once your request has been submitted, please allow 3 business days for processing. You will be notified by one of our staff members if the request has been approved or declined and when it will be ready for pick-up. Thank you!
